Pros
It has the opportunity for growth and expansion of what interests you. You feel as if you are directly involved with the company's success and efforts. There is a lot of pressure at times, but if you seek help, you will get it.
Cons
A lot of self-teaching, learning, and unspoken expectations. Requires you to work hard with little room to slack off during the day if you want to succeed. Benefits could be better as only health is provided. No dental, vision, 401k, and limited holidays. No extra time off until you hit 10 or 15 years.

Solid pay structure with fair commissions. Leadership is interested in helping everyone to succeed. They are open to new ideas and perspectives. Very professional work environment with career growth opportunities. Products are manufactured in house with industry leading technology, by experts in the industrial computing space. It's easy to believe in your work.
Cons
Lead distribution structure for sales is difficult to understand.
