      Pros

      Really Good Team - Hardworking, Intelligent and very well structured! Remote Working - Strong culture - Remote working is hard to get right but they nail it. Good incentives help to keep the team aligned and motivated.

      Cons

      It's a growing startup, and more structured than others I've worked at of this size. So you need to be self-motivated and able to solve some of your own problems.

      Pros

      I am currently working as a Sales Associate at Valutico and have loved my experience so far! I've never been at a company that provides help and support like the team at Valutico. They really prioritise their staff and make sure they're looked after. The whole team is really friendly as well and I'm looking forward to continue working with everyone!!
