Highly challenging work environment with an opportunity to work on truly strategic assignments

Pros

Opportunities to work on classic management consultancy projects (i.e. supply channel, growth strategy....), truly international firm (most associate/BAs get an opportunity to work on several projects outside their base location)

Cons

Poor work life balance. Unclear strategy and limited senior management attention outside core markets. Still very much an Italian management consultancy despite its international expansion
