- Have Multi-National Clients - Vast opportunity for growth - Okay team - Work from home facility available

Cons

- Hectic Work Culture - Management is very poor - No Team Support - Management is very rude towards their employees. - They will never defend you in front of their clients, even if you are right, and will make you a culprit in the end - Poor Working culture - Have several clients but don't have a proper team to manage. They will throw 4-5 projects on you and will ask you to finish calendars of all the projects before the 15th of the month, which is next to impossible for employees, and this much amount of work pressure affects work quality, but that is also on you, BECAUSE - "BOSSES ARE NEVER WRONG".
