      Pros

      Flexible working hours allow a nice work/life balance.

      Cons

      Very poor, ignorant and impersonal management team. Lack of dedication towards the employees. No possibility of career progression at all. Poor working environment, lacking the basic needs as warm/hot water, during the winter period there is no heating, the temperature is way below the legal requirement (average temperature is around 8-10 degree celsius for months). Unbelievable working condition in the 21st century.

      Steady work, work isn't too hard

      Cons

      Pay on the low end, workforce is old and entrenched via union, new hires get none of the perks and all of the work. If you wanna get pooped on by a bunch of lazy idiot boomers making double what you make for the same job then this is the spot for you!
