      - Great managers - Fantastic culture for growing, learning and keeping the work life balance - Valtech is working very actively to provide a healthy work environment - Big possibilities to work with a wide variety of clients, projects and tasks - Great office location - Possibility to work 100% remotely

      Cons

      - The bonus model doesn't fit all roles and projects. Could use a bit more individual adaption - There's some room for improvement in the individual skills development plans
