Pros

Guaranteed hours, consistent schedule, direct deposit. they pay for your uniform And utility belt, give lockers for people who bring things with them

Cons

Doesn't offer a security license, to much work for little money, they get petty about any type of facial hair, show favoritism toward some employees, no benefits, only get up to a week worths of vacation

Pros

Only one I have is the discounts you get in certain stores and the food court

Cons

the hours suck, you have to give up whatever freetime you would have to work for this place, they expect you to live and die for valor, Corporate visits every 2-3 weeks, Certain people get exceptions to uniform policy while others are scrutinized for it. They hire a TON of ex military and expect you to do nothing in regards to helping tenants, 80% of calls are for fluid spills to housekeeping you have to literally stand over, Upper management is ex-police and runs the place like it is the military. You end up being nothing more than a glorified door greeter who can do nothing to help the people he is supposed to protect, You have to scan points every 30 minutes to protect a store that was robbed in california because corporate decreed it necessary.
