A drifting boat. Senior management is unable to think strategically, set a clear direction of the company nor understand about scalability. This does not mean mid-level management is not good, as there are some extraordinary team managers.
The products and systems are a big mess that a regiment of analysts and developers are unable to maintain. With proper planing, a similar system would take three or four developers and an analyst just a couple of months to be developed from scratch.
I left after most (though not all) of the people I respected started to leave. The company has no way to retain talent.
