      not many that I can think off

      - highly political environment - managers talk behind your back - seen more employees leave than they've employed this year - senior management need to be taught empathy and communication - no communication whatsoever

      Some interesting people to work with. Fast paced environment.

      Cons

      Extremely high staff turnover. Many people get fired for very stupid reasons. If you fall out of favour you are gone. If the CEO doesn't like you, you are gone. If you say something the CEO doesn't like, you are gone. Highly political atmosphere. Everyone is fighting each other. I was repeatedly told to ignore emails from another colleague by my manager which resulted in that person getting fired. Incompetent management. People are there through tenure / favouritism. Very basic level of knowledge displayed by management. Extremely poor salaries. Well below industry standard pay levels.
