      Pros

      Good health insurance/retirement benefits, new grads do really well and get solid foundation

      Cons

      They are not receptive to process improvements (so mid-level hires will struggle to be accepted), they have a culture of blame, they overwork and under value lab floor chemists. Average performing men get raises/promotions while women have to work ridiculous hours for similar recognition.

      Located in Bend, Oregon with ample opportunity for outdoor enthusiasts. In general, the workers here are cordial and pleasant.

      Cons

      This company lacks innovation and control and for more information about this, google dysfunction organization. People with outside experience do not do well at VR because executive management resists scientific improvements.
