Re: Place is like a chop shop - fire you at will I have seen it numerous times, no warning, no review, no paper trail. – ValidaTek strives to maintain and foster a high performance culture. The company is preparing for rapid growth by building and developing an A team to better support our rapidly expanding contracts. To do so, difficult decisions are made by management to determine if an employee is the best suited for the position and also aligns with the Company’s mission and values. All new employees are subject to a 90 day initial performance review period and may be terminated at any time, based on the Company’s New Employee Policy. Re: Benefits very average but they think they are great. – As a small growing business, we are continuously seeking improvements and value our employee’s feedback to provide the best possible options. Every year, we review our health benefits programs and conduct a survey before Open Enrollment to ensure our benefits are meeting our employee’s needs and are getting the best value. We offer a comprehensive benefits package. Re: In my little over a year here - very disorganized place to work. Promises made to me have not been kept ... – To ensure all employees are treated fairly, management makes an effort to avoid making any promises that do not comply with our company policies and procedures. We strive to create a workplace of open communication and employees are encouraged to discuss their questions and concerns to their direct supervisor or HR. Re: get involved don't just trust your mid level managers –As part of maintaining a high performance culture, the Company avoids micromanagement style management to create a comfortable workplace environment. We also conduct annual company-wide Employee Viewpoint Surveys to gauge employees’ perceptions in areas such as job satisfaction, management, compensation & benefits, training & development, and corporate culture.
