      The other techs are dope to work with

      Cons

      Valiant does not care about its employees and bets on its customers being naive about technology in order to sell its services. Georg and Gene do not know anything about what they are doing and the techs have to consistently pick up after them. If you are a prospective customer or employee I would stay away.

      More than a job, a family.

      Pros

      Working at Valiant is like being part of a family. People care for each other. the partners have always been accommodating and caring when something out-of-the-ordinary happens either personally or professionally. There is a culture of fostering growth in the company. There is room to grow from every position. Its not uncommon for someone to start as an intern and grow into management positions. The family mentality permeates the entirety of the company. There is a feeling that we are all in this thing together and we all want to leave things better than when we found it for the next person.

      Cons

      Its high stress work sometimes. Clients can have tight deadlines and when something breaks unexpectedly it can throw off a nicely planned schedule. There are days where it feels like "fighting fires."

      Pros

      Valiant is a forward-thinking managed service provider where the opinion of every single team member matters. Clear and open lines of communication with management allow for the growth of ideas from concept to execution, proper handling of concerns or problems, and an atmosphere that allows for innovative thinking to the benefit of the team and it's clients.

      Cons

      Recent growth has led to slightly cramped working conditions, but that's something that comes with the territory for a business with a growing roster of happy clients and a seemingly endless stream of ideas to improve internal procedures and customer satisfaction.
