There is no doubt at all that they have some of the best and most challenging projects to work. I have learnt Fusion side after joining here. Also domain learning, especially for real estate is unique and not there in any other company. Salary is above average. They have won big projects also this year.

Cons

I am seeing some comments from others complaining about delay in payment etc. I have worked in 2 start up companies before this, where sometimes I have not been paid for long time. In Valforma salaries are sometimes delayed but always paid. I think this is part of startup company. Otherwise we should only go to big company and then most of the work will be in poor projects with poor learning opportunities. Also I feel this year the stability of the company has been very good.

Learning experience of new technologies is very good. Compared to my previous employer, the management team is super helpful and always available whenever I have queries.

Cons

Salary is average, and occasional delays.
