Pros

Beautiful product and great brand history. Generous discount on product.

Cons

No HR. High level executives have no email etiquette. Work is not appreciated and constant hounding from executives. No teamwork and proper collaboration with other departments. Learn on your own mentality. Benefits are the bare minimum. CEO is a micro manager and nothing can be said against her even when she is wrong.

Poor management and no support from corporate. They do not value their retail employees, treat them like numbers, and practice negative lectures during meetings. They also like to keep everyone on their toes by constantly threatening employees position, and at times making condescending remarks.

workmanship, product knowledge and brand history training was so empowering and enriching.

Cons

Does not value their employees unless you are skinny, young, and don't really need a job. Instead of constructive feedback with possible solution to difficulties, it's all very discouraging with no options as a solution except open threats to employees losing their position... Sad
