      Pros

      Great effort by the leadership team over the last year in their efforts to transform the culture. The difference since I started working here is tremendous. Opportunity to develop my career has been fantastic. The company is still evolving, but the direction is very encouraging.

      Cons

      At times business groups tend to be siloed. Communication plans need to be improved around company policies.

      -Pay is great. -Nice perks (401k, medical insurance, car etc..) -Great products that doctors WANT to use but usually can't bc of insurance

      Cons

      -Lack of company leadership and direction -Currently spiraling toward bankruptcy or a buyout -Massive debt load, unhappy stakeholders, unhappy workers, lack of stability -Company name and reputation has been tarnished

      -Work-life balance is awful, expected to work extremely long hours and weekends, no culture and no values, not flexible time off or work from home, no external benefits aside from salary or bonus
