Pros

Some smart individuals in the team. Initial conversations were engaging and gave a promising impression.

Cons

The interview process was chaotic and unprofessionally handled, which says a lot about the company’s internal communication and respect for others’ time. Here's how it played out: First interview was supposed to be with three senior stakeholders — only one showed up. No explanation given at the time and the partner who is presnet dont know about this. It became an informal chat. Followed up with the recruiter, who apologised and rescheduled another interview with more relevant stakeholders. That conversation went reasonably well. Chased the recruiter multiple times to get feedback and understand next steps. Communication was inconsistent and slow throughout. Was later asked to prepare a presentation deck with a specific brief for the final round. I spent time building a 10-slide deck, confirmed with the recruiter on the morning of the interview that everything was going ahead as planned, she said yes. However, just 20 minutes before the interview, I was told one of the interviewers had train issues and the session would be postponed. I had to reschedule a client visit to accommodate the new time the next day. During the rescheduled interview, the interviewers had no idea I was meant to present a deck. They started the session on a completely unrelated note, and the call wrapped up within 30 minutes without acknowledging the work I’d done. It was clear there was no internal alignment on the interview format. Eventually, after further follow-up, I received a generic rejection, citing that my profile didn’t align with the role - despite the process giving me no real opportunity to showcase what I’d prepared or clarify that alignment. This wasn’t just a one-off scheduling issue - it reflected a lack of internal coordination, poor planning, and disregard for candidate effort. Being asked to prepare material and then not being given a chance to present it — twice — is not only unprofessional, but frankly insulting.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your disappointing experience during the interview process. Candidate experience is extremely important to us, and we take all feedback seriously. While this appears to have been an isolated incident involving a breakdown in communication and internal coordination, we fully understand the frustration it caused, particularly given the time and effort you invested in preparing for the final stage. We are aware that our UK Head of Recruitment has since been in direct contact with you to acknowledge what happened and to follow up personally. Your feedback has also been shared internally to ensure we learn from this and prevent similar experiences going forward. We sincerely appreciate your honesty and wish you all the best in your future endeavours.

Pros

My period of work here was very short owing to multiple reasons, especially due to very bad management. You get to have lunch with some people at office, nothing more. There are some weekly review meetings which are just eye wash sessions, with no decisions taken at the end. Overall, there was no work to be done here as the leadership we clueless on the direction of the company.

Cons

The CEO is a person who doesn't take any initiative to develop business, but simply keep talking in office premises dressed in nice suits. New ideas from those not belonging to CEO's social community was not taken. Employee abuse was rampant, as those in finance and accounts were being scolded in front of others and treated badly. The CEO of this company was not mentally sound enough to treat people with respect, losing temper at most times and shouting loudly within office premises. CEO of this company only supports those belonging to his caste, and it would be evident from his talks during lunch.

Pros

You get to have a team lunch with 2 or 3 people who might be in the office

Cons

1. Frequent abuse from the India CEO of this company. Caste based discrimination was rampant especially by the Indian business leader. 2. There is no management here as such, as the CEO of India is the sole decision maker here, and others exist to obey his orders. There is no reception to any new ideas. 3. Parent organization in Denmark does not have a strong control over business activities in India. Its mostly like a satellite office to the parent company in Denmark, and does not have any capabilities to get projects my itself. 5. Pathetic office environment, and facilities. They don't even have a good quality conferencing facility.
