      You must produce a revenue stream extremely quickly for this company or they will let you go if highly compensated. You'll likely get replaced by entry-level employees or interns. Stay away from this company with a 100 foot poll. There are better places to work even if the pay might be slightly lower to preserve your sanity and work/life balance.
