      A few really great people

      Cons

      Upper management is ridiculous. They change directions constantly and run off the best people. The CEO continues to meddle in ever facet of the work and she routinely screws things up. I guess the company had some early success but those days are long gone.

      This was a stepping stone in the start up realm.

      Cons

      Ridiculous deadlines are a set up for failure before you even start. As you try your best to meet expectations while shunning your family, life and health, you are never enough and constantly reminded that you can easily be replaced... Is this somewhere you want to work???
