      Pros

      The other employees are lovely.

      Cons

      THE MOST toxic work environment created by senior leadership. They will expect you to do the job of 2 or more people. But don't expect to get any recognition for putting everything you have into your job. Once you give everything you have until you're a hollow shell of a person with nothing left to give, they will just remove you. Its a startup so expect the periodic cull. No job is safe.

      Business growth matches company aspirations. Genuine drive by mgmt. to innovate in the markets it operates in. E2E integration - able to deploy, test and iterate technology via service operations

      Cons

      Growth pains of a scale up: focus and execution at scale. Limited benefits package. Personnel processes borrow too heavily from offshore industry
