      No creativity and no innovation

      Pros

      Form a design team to military, fast and time saver to have traditional simple design without marketing research. Only focus to Dr.wong wants and his like! Subsidiary company Xdynamics limited was also affected by this thought.

      Cons

      Ignore Marketing trend and consumers like, no creativity/ innovation. So dominate by Dr,s thought, too much his character involved! No acceptance any New idea, waste on its own resource. Hurts Xdynamics - drones so badly and lower its competitive edges.

      Incapable senior management

      Pros

      Good for a starter. Easy to get an offer.

      Cons

      ❌ too far from town. ❌ the senior leaders don’t work and help, freshman would be unjustly blamed. ❌ ask the designer to work at the mainland factory without reasons. (Even you can discuss with the mainland team by telephone.) ❌ copy cats designers. ❌ always ask staff to make something as same as their competitors, such as Fisher-Price, Duplo, audio from Pinkfong ❌ incapable and powerless leader 🤷🏾‍♂️ OT is a must!!
