Management is openly racist and xenophobic. They also gaslight their employees. Not only that, but they allow government customers to be openly racist, practice sexism, and gaslight. They have swept multiple formal complaints by employees under the rug, lack basic task knowledge, and will gossip about their employees. Instead of taking a stand, they will bend over backwards for the government - all in the name of money.
Not only that, but the company also practices gross nepotism. Good luck getting hired if you are not related to a current employee. Does not matter what your qualifications are. The only shot you have if you are not related is if you are an old straight white man. That is the only type of people management will even listen to. It does not matter if younger employees have fantastic ideas, and SME experience. If you're not an old straight white man, management will do its best to block your raises and ignore your concerns.
