      Pros

      Innovation and Creativity, Time Management, Great Working atmosphere, Good Work life balance. Even during the pandemic happened, the company stood with head high and developed covid related solutions.

      Cons

      Management taking lightly about the inability of few employees to accomplish goals and meet deadlines. Too much freedom & care was given to the employees who later backstabbed the company and went to other companies during the pandemic. Management should learn from this and the same must be avoided in the future.

      Good working atmosphere ,A very good team for supporting.Lock down time salary were issued.Those who are working sincerely with the company management will be very supportive.Due to this current pandemic situation only salaries was being delayed.But it was cleared also.Just come and visit the company so that will able to get a positive vibe.

      Pros

      So much to learn with importance to work life balancing..So much of good projects that will add knowledge to your career for future ...Management always support you for the work and there is no work pressure.

      Cons

      Salary was pending due to corona but that is understandable. "Do your Job, make a useful output and cry for salary" that is the policy every engineer should follow with....If you done well you can argue for sure... management took a nice decision to hold the salary for Future of the company ....so there are no disadvantages to tell about......
