      Great Work Life Balance Co-workers are very nice and helpful Matching 401k Profit sharing Lots of team activities (before the COVID pandemic)

      Relatively low pay for Software Engineers (minimum salary for SE as set by CA) Health Insurance benefit is high deductable

      Nothing positive about this company. Lot of dirty politics.

      Cons

      Useless All Hands Meetings. Only talks never implemented. The SAP COE is worst of all. Controlled by contractors and the employees are puppets in their hands. Employees are afraid of the contractors.
