First of all, people here are pretty cool. Intellectual atmosphere is really good.
Really good working environment with technical leader that are best in their area.
One of the best places that can add excessive amount of experience to employees. Especially juniors and trainees.
The quality of work is great. They care about the project they are working on.
The process is almost perfect. Continuous Integration is a must in all projects.
Design of the office is good.

Most of the companies in Turkey give you a salary and show a difference thing legally to cut taxes. VNGRS does not. (At least not mine)
Work overtime extremely discouraged which is a really good thing and hard to find in Turkey.
Cons
The office is too small.
Not even close to quite. You must use headphones.
Bad location.
Management recently realised that It is a big company now and things should change. It will be great in the future but right now it isn't.
