      Insanely smart people all around you, opportunity to shape your role and get outside learning (this role is great for self-motivated folks), great clients and variety of projects.

      Cons

      No onboarding, no clear career projection or training, lack of leadership/mentorship, no bonus, no yearly raises (you have to ask or have someone advocate for you).
