      Implemented some nice things in the 3rd quarter for employees (extra day off)

      Cons

      Not sure how you get promoted, completely overworked (worked 20 hours a day)but can't hire anyone and let good people go. Worked over Christmas break (including Christmas day)2 years in a row, but never recognized with a Promotion. Changed a lot when WPP bought VML.
