Genuinely enjoyed my tenure and have a lot of good things to say. MDs and Directors are experienced across a wide range of healthcare valuation and consulting work, so there’s a lot you can learn from colleagues. Exposure to clients is plentiful. Employees at all levels have opportunities to interact directly with clients, not just taking notes or listening in on calls. High project velocity provides a lot of reps and builds strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, healthcare, and general professional soft skills. The work is interesting and there are plenty opportunities to raise your hand and learn more through thought leadership and other avenues. Firm culture is a real strength. The people are smart, easy to work with, and the kind of colleagues you enjoy working alongside. There’s also ample opportunity to collaborate with and ask questions of leadership. The firm knows how to have fun, and Halloween was always a blast.
