The majority of their workforce is made-up of us interns , specially in Production, where most are promised an internship in Supply Chain, either at the start or after few months, they claim promotion is based on improvements on production or achievements but in reality is sometimes randomly.
By using interns in production Vivere saves money, one cannot compare the minimum salary of an intern than one of a normal employee for intense work moving boxes, capping, filling bottles and packing.
It seems not only interns need to bring their own laptops to work but most of the other employees at all levels too.
As an Intern I learnt from others but not from the bosses, I was never inspired by them, sometimes they would go on rampage shouting, being inconsistent with their requests, forgetting we are just interns. I have never met anyone in production that is not an intern.
Management sometimes makes comments that are diretcted to particular race or gender that are not OK in a normal work good place,
