Pros

Location. Located close to the city and Universities.

Cons

The majority of their workforce is made-up of us interns , specially in Production, where most are promised an internship in Supply Chain, either at the start or after few months, they claim promotion is based on improvements on production or achievements but in reality is sometimes randomly. By using interns in production Vivere saves money, one cannot compare the minimum salary of an intern than one of a normal employee for intense work moving boxes, capping, filling bottles and packing. It seems not only interns need to bring their own laptops to work but most of the other employees at all levels too. As an Intern I learnt from others but not from the bosses, I was never inspired by them, sometimes they would go on rampage shouting, being inconsistent with their requests, forgetting we are just interns. I have never met anyone in production that is not an intern. Management sometimes makes comments that are diretcted to particular race or gender that are not OK in a normal work good place, Unrealistic expectations

Thank you very much for taking the time to review your experience with VIVERE: we regret to read that you do not recommend us. We endorse your view that our location is prime and positive. The majority of our workforce are most certainly not interning - this is incorrect. The scope of involvement for each respective employee is contractually defined, and not arbitrary. The remuneration that our interning staff in Production & Automation receive has consistently been regarded as above-average and fed back upon positively from these staff. Our interning staff within P&A are not obliged to provide their own equipment. The provision of equipment or requisite to provide equipment is contractually defined and features as standard as part of any contractual negotiation process. We are glad that you felt you learned from your colleagues and we take into account that you would have benefitted from further communication with your line management. We strongly oppose any form of verbal frustration and/or discriminative comments and would welcome further elaboration as to validate these accusations. Our Production Management team are extremely diligent with providing daily and weekly expectations as to progress and intended progress. You are welcome to discuss your feedback with us further, we handle all input confidentially and look forward to hearing from you at feedback@vivere.io.
