      Pros

      Great team that works together Great culture - centered around quality and client response Interesting projects Nice company cars (Rangers) Medical insurance Work life balance Flexible hours Lots of paid training (very strong on Site Safe graduation and products) Occasional overseas travel for training (particularly engineers) or long service to ASIAL for technicians and admin staff too.

      Cons

      GPS in cars Pay rises usually only 2 yearly (but good catch up) Pay ok - but can get more pay elsewhere

      Pros

      You are surrounded by a team fill of experience, get to work on major projects with advanced technologies, provided with every opportunity to succeed on your own accord, and has a great team feel. Promotion is on the table for those looking at it.

      Cons

      Compared to other security companies and the performance they give and values they have, this place is a stand out from them. Any cons are minor in comparison to other security companies I have worked at!

      Pros

      Hours can be flexible to suit your needs and home life. Always plenty of over time available. There are the usual benefits of phone, car and medical.

      Cons

      Pay is average to below average in comparison to similar companies and you have to fight to get any raises. Hard to get appropriate training for all staff, always a lucky few.
