They’re very nice and have a helpful team through the season Relatively quick promotions

Consistent hiring issues and as an lm you will be doing a lot of the heavy lifting. High turnover rate. Low pay

Mall staff was great to work with both Christmas and Easter customers were great.

Cons

My contract was changed after I agreed to it and before I signed it. Expenses were not paid at all for Christmas. Extra hours expected outside of contract and not accounted for.
