      High pressure environnent. Little regard for employee wellbeing and work-life balance. No AC in building, very hot summers.

      A great place to work. I worked there as a Ph. d. For 4 years. Stimulating scientific environment! Smart people around you, relatively good fellowship.

      Cons

      Management sometime decides which direction the science should go??? A pressure situation for scientists - not good!
