Pros

Great work life balance Most coworkers are willing to help you out

Cons

Management leads by fear and intimidation. Salaried employees are treated like hourly employees (clocking in and out, tracking your hours in a database, being forced to work OT to make up for a decline in hourly employees hours due to the pandemic to save he company money) Engineering is the work-horse of the company, and takes on more responsibility than they should. Very management focused company. They receive free company cars, cheap car insurance and a gas allowance. This is all while trying to cut out coffee in order to save cost. Sales is also an only manager department. Most managers seem to not care much about their employees, and most concerns fall on deaf ears. The CEO is on a power trip most of the time, and is very much a right wing believer. Openly would state that COVID was a ploy by the Democrats and it was a hoax.
