      Pros

      A very good working environment which give you chances to learn and experience new skill in different area if you want to grab the chance. As for me who graduate in electronics engineering, working in Venture gives me experience to adapt in electrical, mechanical, RF, computer, software, programming and networking.

      So far, Venture has so many area perform things manually. However, we are in the state with continuous improvement to make things automated
