      Good pay, family oriented environment, good work schedule

      Cons

      Lack of management. President gives power only to one person in the company. President needs to improvise the structure of the company and realize where the problem is coming from. ( management is the key!)

      Good product. Happy to private label products and then compete against themselves in America.

      Cons

      Dishonest management. Get everything in writing. They will lie to you and not as a mistake, but as a rule. They pay reps different commissions and deny it. They do not foster communication from the field.
