Pros
I loved what I did and felt I was good at it. I enjoyed connecting with potential prospects and assisting my coworkers as often as I could. I enjoyed learning, growing and sharing any knowledge I had with my team so we all could be successful. Management will praise you constantly and encourage & comfort you when times are tuff.
Cons
This may seem rather confusing but as much as I loved my job and the work I did and even the many people I worked with it was a double-edged sword. Some things went uncorrected or unnoticed or unhandled along the way that became too unmanageable for me to deal with any longer. So, without me slandering a company that I actually still and always will have love & respect for let me say this, they are worth a try if you have thick skin and a heck of a backbone from day one. My mistake was not going into this company with that mindset.
