Where to start , ok let me start from Management ( R& D ) , this is the best example of worst management , right from the top level in R&D . Let me bring some examples to support the same, you work day and night and over weekend you will not be recognized but if you do middle management then you are the best employee on the floor, if you have concerns there are people who's designation is HR but of no use , its just monopoly in the company. Now lets come to the below head of the management who sits in the offshore , i guess lot of people on the floor doubt what work they actually does except meetings which are of no use and having baseless arguments and discussions and most important point cant even approve leaves lol with out asking onshore management . Last but not the least last level management , these people are managers for name same what ever comments or rating they provide is of now use what ever the monopoly management decides it final .

No proper variable pay/Hike. Higher management gives more pressure all the time. small projects with less delivery time. They can fire you at any time. Joining time they will promise u many things but when u will come inside the story will be completely different. pf amount which needs to be paid by the company as per company contribution, it will be deducted from ur salary twice in a month. no proper toilets no proper canteen food. No transportation. No nothing.
