I cannot remember any. Is a very stressful place

All. Every 6 months, for all workers, permanent and contract employees you need to do a job interview to know if you continuing working or not. It is a way to let you go if they don’t want you there, doesn’t matter if you are the best worker. Disgraceful

Cons

Staff turnover is disastrously high and management seem to care very little. The HR department is headed up by a person who would side with you if your face fits. Management refuses to listen to staff and feel that they should not be questioned. The company is so big at this point that they would sooner see people leave than replace them. Redundancy within the company is badly managed and often staff leave feeling discarded.
