Pros
If you do an awesome job and go above and beyond your hard work is noticed. There are monthly incentives for employee's for recognition through contest, outings, lunch and even employee of the month where you win cash for being selected. The office hours are Monday through Friday 9-5 (hard to find in NYC) and the location is easy to get to being that it is at the Fulton stop in lower Manhattan.
Cons
The laid back office environment may be difficult for some to adjust to if you come form a very corporate background. Company is strict on attendance, so you will need to plan your time off accordingly. Trying to relay information to customers that do not understand the product and service.
