Nothing. Some co workers are friendly and helpful.

Cons

Dictatorship. Having an organization chart for show, HR/Admin does not know what they suppose to do. Backstabbing common. Rush work. People do not comply with rules esp. those close to the top management. Top Mgmt disinterested in the welfare or benefit of staff, only listen to one or two and never take time to verify the fact.
