Great Team, Poor Management

Pros

-The team in the back was absolutely wonderful and had your back with everything -If you really enjoy their food, you get 50% off during shift and 30% off for your whole group off shift -Free pastry and tea while on shift

Cons

-Tips we alright -Incredibly understaffed for the amount of customers that come through -There was a period of about two weeks where I was one of two food runners for a line of customers stretching down PCH -Incredibly tough to even ask for a day off -Underpaid for the high intensity work done -Customers can be a lot to handle

HR is a joke, management is terrible, bad food handling practices, terrible customer service

Inaccurate job description / Laguna is the worse location

You get some tips .... split among the whole establishment. Enough to buy ice cream I guess.

Cons

Don't even bother reading the job description posting on indeed, craigslist or anything they have online. You're going to be doing every other person's job at a low pay rate. Bussers should bus tables, barista should make coffee , runners should run and not have one job that does it all. This isn't a team effort at all it's more like disorganized management and laziness.
