After coming from a company where I was micromanaged to the Nth degree, it's nice to work for a company that treats its employees like adults and trusts them to get their work done. Great team to work for too. The on site recruiting options are also great for anyone who wants to be a contract corporate recruiter but doesn't want to be a contractor.
Cons
The non-micromanaging is great but if you're not good without direction or need to be told what to do next, might not be the right opportunity. Definitely need to be self motivated and ask for what you need. (to me these are pros but I know that some people don't do well in that environment)

Thank you for your time and perspective. We look for and hire motivated people who like to figure out how to get things done and provide value, while having fun. This allows us to step back and let things happen. That being said, we are very supportive and enjoy providing guidance and collaboration as needed.
Wonderful team dynamic, everyone is always willing to help or answer questions. It's a small company, so there are plenty of opportunities to take on side projects or explore new ideas. Management is very approachable and has an open desk policy so we can ask questions or get advice whenever we need them. Enjoy working on the new projects and having access to the major companies and players in the greater Seattle area.
Cons
The company is constantly evolving. Processes are set up and replaced so nothing is etched in stone. Need to be self-driven but training is made available whenever you need it. If you like solid processes and a set way of doing things, this might not be the company for you.

Thanks for the feedback! urgenci, like most start-ups, is fun and exciting with endless potential. social is one of us most important growth vehicles.
There are some great opportunities to grow, make an impact that is not available at other firms. Team is very tight and collaborative and there is a diverse amount of clients and projects to work on. Recruiting team is very experienced. Management in general has a desire to help people grow, contractors and internal staff. Awesome location.
Cons
Company is three years old, has gone through some changes. Dealing with ambiguity is a must. Would like to see more investment in infrastructure and branding.
