Pros
Being a small company, theres opportunities to dabble in a little bit of everything. A lot of opportunities to grow.
Cons
The lack of communication between departments and levels is astounding, it's something I had brought up multiple times but nothing ever came of it. Workload can be ridiculous and piled on for some even though countless other colleagues have almost nothing to do all day, the workload isn't distributed. Lack of direction.
