      Pros

      Working on multi million users projects that have an impact. Working for best USA startups. Company takes care of you and builds long lasting relationship. Always pays on time. Company listens to developers suggestions.

      Cons

      You need to overlap with US timezone, although only for 1-2 hours.

      Upstack was a big step in the right direction for me

      Pros

      From my experience of 2+ years working for them they always struggled to get the best clients for the developers. Flexible working hours depending on the client. You get all the freedom you want as long as you are a responsible person. All the projects I had the opportunity to work on Upstack were very interesting and I learned a lot from the clients I interacted with.

      Cons

      if you are a more social person you might find remote work not suitable for you
