Fun but…

Pros

Can be a fun job, freedom to create your own menus.

Cons

Extremely tight budgets, hard to make “from scratch products”. Management is either nonexistent, or refuses to speak with you. Trying to get ahold of anyone is honestly a nightmare. Get better insurance. Period.

Pros

Many different vendor companies merge together. Very good support staff for the Chefs.

Cons

Kind of a toss up when it comes to staffing houses. Some house moms and dads are very understanding and want quality food. Some of the House Moms and Dads can be very difficult to work with.
