Pros
Training was efficient and taught my some of the bare basics
Cons
Doing multiple roles in one and not getting paid enough for it. Won’t hire anyone even though we are struggling. Often feel like I’m alone and don’t have anyone to assist with urgent tasks so I often have to pick up slack. I feel like I’m out working my colleagues but yet no one supports me but they continue to give me the most workload.

If you don't mind staying in the same position for your entire career then this is a great place to work.

Pros
Great work/life balance (lots of PTO; options to telecommute). Great employees and great atmosphere. It is a pleasure to work with United Way's across the country.
Cons
The company severely lacks diversity. There are ZERO female or minority managers. Very heavy workloads with no room for advancement or promotions. Job insecurity due to layoffs. Very unorganized; managers are micro-managers. Employees rarely have any input that is taken seriously. Lack of training - be prepared to do the same job FOREVER.
