      Pros

      Not many. Office facilities are nice. Some catered lunches as mentioned in other reviews.

      Cons

      Distracting, loud pop music played throughout office constantly. High turnover. I worked here for four months before quitting. I saw two employees hired and fired within that time frame. Because of turnover, culture is cold. No one wants to get to know someone who may be let go soon. No vacation in first year. TV is on in break room constantly, so there's nowhere to go for a quiet break. (I used to eat lunch in my car.) I personally left the company due to what I believed were unfair/underhanded practices.

      Catered lunch every other Monday Food is nearby Quarterly dinners with giveaways

      Cons

      - No paid vacation time the first year of employment - Terrible health insurance - NO PAID HOLIDAYS (You just get less money.) - Incompetent management - Very high turnover - Poor corporate structure, owner does not seem to care who works for him - Horribly unorganized HR staff - Office is located near busy street with nowhere calming to walk on breaks - Company cuts corners at every possible opportunity
