      Immature Supervisor's Manipulative, Lousy, and Corrupt behavior Impacts Workplace

      I appreciated the variety of incentives offered, which catered to different interests and goals. It made the program more inclusive and accessible to everyone.

      Cons

      The supervisor's lack of maturity manifested in various ways, including their tendency to manipulate situations to their advantage, their lousy communication skills, and their corrupt behavior. They often attempted to manipulate their subordinates into doing tasks that were not within the job descriptions or asked them to work overtime without proper compensation. Their lousy communication skills also caused confusion and misunderstandings among the team, leading to decreased productivity and morale.

      The work schedule ls flexible for the most part.

      Cons

      I believe this company is currently lacking in proper management. None of the facilities and equipment are properly maintained, and no support or resources was ever provided to the employees. Moreover, most of the managers are unresponsive whenever employees try to reach out to them.

      Pros

      Family owned and operated. Owners have an open door policy and really care. Trucking equipment is new. They focus on getting drivers home as much as possible. The company is growing very quickly. There is a lot of growth opportunity. The leadership is invested on culture and improvement.

      Cons

      Benefits are expensive. Top down communication isn't bad, but can improve.

      Thank you for your feedback. We work really hard to ensure the benefit premiums are cost effective for employee coverage. Our weekly employees pay about $53 per check for medical, dental, and vision for employee only coverage. For the most part, the company absorbs all medical premium increases to avoid passing the cost down to employees. It is very important to us we continue to work at reducing health benefits for our employees and we will most certainly continue to work on decreasing dependent coverage.
