There's not a day that goes by that I'm not learning something new so there's tons of opportunities to grow. Management is very open about what's going in the company. They don't try to hide why decisions were made and they actively seek your input in those decisions. Hybrid work environment so you can stay home if you want or come into the office. Untangle is just big enough that finances are secure but not so big that you'll feel like just a number. Right on Pearl St in Boulder if that's your thing Snacks and drinks provided at office. Team lunches

Cons

Infrastucture could use improvements, but don't we all? Not much of a break/snack room Right on Pearl St in Boulder if being downtown isn't your thing

Untangle is a fast-paced and growing company that allows you to utilize the skills you have and gives you ample opportunity to work on new skills. Here, I never feel "boxed-in" with my current role. Input and ideas are welcomed and encouraged by every employee regardless of level. Surrounded by out-of-the-box thinkers, every Untangle employee is given the chance to drive real change within the company and industry.

Cons

Multiple locations so it's a little difficult to build lasting bonds with everyone in the company.

Great culture with wonderful colleagues! Solid products and customers alike. Flexible schedules, understanding and caring management as well as executive staff. Fun place to work!

Cons

Nothing outside of your typical growing pains which in the end is a good thing as the company continues to expand.
