Nice up-to-date tech-stack. You can work on big projects and complex tasks
Cons
Zero testing, High workload even after working hours. Pressure for delivering product. Be done for yesterday and crazy deadlines. Not the best helping with problems, you have to work out by yourself. Strict working hours. Full on-site with a uniform. Management and CEO tell what to do in technical decisions and can't challenge their decision.
