Televisa/Univision’s Leadership. They are clearly out of touch with reality and current business trends. Just recently, the CEO gave everyone a 1 weeks notice to return to working full time in office 5 days of week despite having hired many remote employees. It’s clear leadership does not care about its employees. Although employees have remained productive and contributed to the company’s tremendous growth; its a shame that leadership won’t reciprocate with fair benefits and flexibility to their workers. The CEO Wade Davis and his executive team should be ashamed.

Top leadership are trying their best to steer the ship to profitability but lean on their antiquated corporate raider style of doing things that worked in the 80s, 90s, and up until early 2000s but does not work today.
